Nick Rodriguez is a founder of DeliverEd who brings nearly two decades of experience in K-12 sector reform and change management. Prior to his current role, he was a co-founder and K-12 Director at the Education Delivery Institute (EDI), a nonprofit that focuses on helping education leaders to improve the implementation of their reforms at scale. In this role, Nick was responsible for growing and maintaining a network of school, district, state, and nonprofit/philanthropic leaders who are changing the way they work to serve students through better practices in planning, performance management, and organizational change. He is the author of “Deliverology in Practice,” a field guide for education leaders which is the basis for DeliverEd’s approach to implementation.
“Nick worked with my department to help us learn and apply a powerful set of deliverology tools for culture change in our organization's unique context. We now have a focused set of goals and priority strategies which inform everything we do to improve education in Hawai’i, and routines that build shared team accountability for results that move the needle on our strategic goals. Nick's clear and thoughtful presentations, tailored to our needs, and his ability to facilitate difficult and deep discussions were critical to our team understanding and commitment to deliverology as a way of doing business.”
