Change for students’ sake. Not for the sake of change.

At DeliverEd, we see our partners’ results as our own. That’s why we focus relentlessly on creating meaningful change for students, especially those the system has historically underserved. We work alongside leaders to design and implement strategies that make a tangible difference where it matters most.

For us, it’s not just about change — it’s about ensuring every effort leads to better opportunities, better outcomes, and a better future for all students.

Stories of Impact

Township High School District 214 – Illinois

In 2024, we partnered with D214 to help the district articulate a long-term vision, Portrait of a Graduate, and five-year strategic plan for improving outcomes across its seven high schools. We spent the spring gathering insights from stakeholders and reviewing available data, before kicking off a series of Steering Committee workshops throughout the fall to draft the deliverables. Throughout, we worked closely with the leadership team to ensure a strategic plan website was updated with clear materials and stakeholder engagement opportunities.

In 2025, we began implementation team planning and working with a designer to create the public-facing version of the detailed plan. With their final strategic plan complete, we are continuing to work with the district to establish and implement regular progress monitoring routines, and build systems to drive continuous improvement.

Two Rivers Public Charter School - Washington, DC

DeliverEd developed a three-year comprehensive strategic plan for Two Rivers Public Charter School in 2023. This plan was aligned with the vision of the school leadership team and the board. DeliverEd collaborated with the Two Rivers team to gather input from key stakeholders across all three campuses to define a vision and measurable goals for the school. DeliverEd then supported central office leaders in developing implementation plans for each goal and accompanying timelines. After the strategic plan was completed, DeliverEd helped the Two Rivers team establish ongoing progress monitoring conversations to hold leaders accountable for progress and impact, and to plan next steps for implementation. DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE)

DeliverEd partnered with the DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to develop its 2026–2031 strategic plan, creating a clear and actionable roadmap for how the agency can use its unique role as the District’s state education agency to improve outcomes for DC learners. The work built on significant progress already underway across the city—from strengthening literacy and math instruction to expanding college and career pathways and reimagining school improvement—while helping OSSE identify where it could have the greatest impact over the next five years.  DeliverEd led a highly collaborative planning process that brought together OSSE leaders and staff with voices from across DC’s education community. Through extensive stakeholder engagement, analysis of existing initiatives and commitments, and facilitated decision-making with agency leadership, we helped OSSE clarify its priorities, define measurable outcomes, and translate its strategy into an implementation-ready plan. The result is a five-year strategy that connects OSSE’s ambitious vision for DC students with the specific levers the agency can use to drive change: setting standards and building system capacity, directing resources, strengthening data and accountability, and supporting effective implementation. Brown’s Promise

In Winter 2025, DeliverEd supported the planning and logistics for the convening of the Brown’s Promise Community of Practice. This event brought together a diverse group of practitioners, researchers and funders focused on school desegregation and resource equity in the United States. The week of the convening, a snowstorm hit Washington DC and brought the city to a standstill. Our team supported quick pivots to the convening plan and logistics, including implementing a hybrid convening option for participants and presenters who could no longer travel.

As a result, 100% of respondents (including those who joined virtually) to the post-convening survey agreed or strongly agreed that the convening achieved its intended objectives, and that they made new connections or deepened existing relationships that would improve their work and allow for greater impact in the world.  Hear from Brown’s Promise Executive Director Ary Amerikaner in her own words in this short video.
